Dr. Clare Anyiam-Osigwe BEM, ACHP

Dr. Clare Anyiam-Osigwe is a multi-award-winning wellness expert, allergy specialist and master educator whose pioneering work spans over two decades of transformative care, clinical research, and teaching. Internationally recognised for her visionary approach to whole-person health, she integrates scientific rigour with soulful healing to bridge the gap between clinical science and compassionate care.

With advanced training in immunology, nutrition, and functional medicine, Dr. Clare treats the root causes of illness, not just the symptoms. Her journey began with a personal mission to help others thrive in a world increasingly hostile to sensitive bodies. Having overcome her own complex allergies, she founded Premae, the world’s first allergen-free vegan skincare brand, and opened clinics offering allergy testing and holistic skincare. From food intolerances to eczema, asthma, and anaphylaxis, she delivers diagnostic accuracy and lasting relief with warmth and integrity from her Harley Street clinic.

After reversing her own Bell’s Palsy through holistic healing, she now helps clients restore energy, strengthen immunity, and reduce stress through mindful nutrition and lifestyle change.

A gifted teacher, Dr. Clare has lectured widely on immunology, nutrition, and the diseases of modern life, turning classrooms and workshops into sanctuaries of understanding and empowerment. Whether guiding clients through chronic conditions such as Crohn’s disease or leading corporate wellness programs, she is devoted to helping people live well and live free.

“I don’t just treat symptoms. I teach people to understand their bodies, trust their instincts, and build lives they don’t need to escape from.”
